proWIN international blickt auch 2018 auf eine positive Gesamtentwicklung zurück: Der Umsatz stieg auf fast 200 Mio. Euro Umsatz (VK). Das Vertriebspartnernetzwerk des Direktvertriebes aus dem Saarland wurde Ende 2018 erstmals sechsstellig: Über 100.000 selbständige Vertriebspartner sind derzeit bei proWIN eingeschrieben. Das sind 12.000 neue Berater und Beraterinnen gegenüber dem Vorjahr. 11 neue Arbeitsplätze wurden geschaffen. Derzeit beschäftigt das Unternehmen somit 166 Festangestellte. Die Mitarbeiter der verschiedenen Fachbereiche verteilen sich je auf einen Haupt- und Nebenstandort.
Auch 2018 konnte der Umsatz gesteigert werden. Die Steigerungsrate belief sich auf ca. sechs Prozent. Dies entspricht einem Gesamtumsatz von 195 Millionen Euro brutto – unter Berücksichtigung in- und ausländischer Endkundenpreise.

Für 2.100 Vertriebspartner des Unternehmens proWIN hat das neue Jahr mit einem Highlight begonnen, denn die proWIN Winter GmbH hat am 5. Januar ihren traditionellen Neujahrsempfang im RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden begangen. Wie im Vorjahr wurde bei der Gelegenheit auch das offizielle Motto für die kommenden 12 Monate bekanntgegeben: 2019 ist es „Wir sind proWIN!“
Die Eröffnung des größten proWIN-Events des Jahres übernahmen Firmengründer Ingolf Winter und seine beiden Söhne Michael und Sascha. Das Unternehmertrio begrüßte seine internationalen Gäste, die aus vielen Teilen Europas angereist waren: aus Deutschlands, Frankreich, Holland, Belgien, der Schweiz und Österreich. Auch beim diesjährigen Neujahrsempfang war das Programm so vielseitig wie der Direktvertrieb selbst: Auszeichnungen der Vertriebspartner, Motivationsvorträge und die Vorstellung neuer Wettbewerbe sowie wichtige Informationen und Neuigkeiten rund um das Unternehmen standen auf der Tagesordnung.
