I am so grateful to have Maria Hopwood as my leader.

She has always gone above and beyond in her support for me.

She has an art for feedback and is often pushing me in ways i need. Sometimes i dont want to hear it even though its usually what i need to hear.

She will listen to my ideas and help me see the bigger picture.

I am following her in every way possible.

I hope one day i can inspire as many people as she has.

Maria is respectful and kind. I am lucky to have her support.
